RESOLUTION NO. 60 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE ADVISORY BOARD'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO BOULDER COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE <br />REGARDING 2016 PROPERTY AND TRAIL REQUESTS <br />WHEREAS, Boulder County Parks and Open Space invited the City of Louisville Open <br />Space Advisory Board and the Louisville City Council to submit property and trail requests for <br />potential partnership opportunities. <br />WHEREAS, on August 12th 2015, the Open Space Advisory Board made <br />recommendations regarding the 2016 property and trail requests. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILE, COLORADO: <br />1. Approve the recommendations of the Open Space Advisory Board to Boulder County <br />Parks and Open Space regarding 2016 property and trail requests. <br />2. In forwarding these recommendations, City Council affirms its intent that open space <br />acquisitions are upon condition of a mutually acceptable purchase agreement being <br />reached between willing buyers and willing sellers, and City Council does not intend any <br />acquisition be made through eminent domain. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of September, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />38 <br />Robert P.
