u Citya <br />f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, September 21, 2015 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order - Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: <br />Staff Present: <br />Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br />Council members: Ashley Stolzmann, Susan Loo, <br />Jay Keany, Chris Leh and Jeff Lipton <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Dave Hayes, Police Chief <br />Chris Neves, IT Director <br />Aaron DeJong, Economic Development Director <br />Troy Russ, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Beth Barrett, Library & Museum Director <br />Joe Stevens, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Kathleen Hix, Human Resources Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />Carol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br />ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle had sign up cards from residents concerning trains and quiet zones. <br />Tom Pathe, 901 Rex St., Louisville, CO had questions on the quiet zones. He asked <br />what they are, the cost, why they are needed and what is the obstruction for having <br />quite zones.
