Renewal Application - Tibet's Restaurant and Bar LLC d /b /a Tibet's <br />Restaurant and Bar — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — <br />321 McCaslin Blvd. A <br />Machado called for any changes to the consent agenda. Hughes moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Transfer Application — Spice China 11, Inc. d /b /a Spice China — Hotel <br />and Restaurant Liquor License — 269 McCaslin Blvd. <br />Machado noted this application is for the transfer of the liquor license to new <br />owners of Spice China. Tennessen asked about item 13 on the application <br />concerning loans; $60,000 gift needs to be listed. Authority Attorney Culley <br />agreed this item should to be clarified. <br />Tennessen wanted clarification about the guarantor for the lease listed on the <br />second to last page of the lease. Authority Attorney Culley recommended the <br />financial contributions have to be listed and the Secretary could check if this <br />person is actually loaning money or strictly acting as guarantor. <br />Tennessen moved approval of the transfer of the liquor license with clarification <br />of whether the guarantor of the lease to the business needs to be disclosed on <br />the application. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Tennessen — yes, Lipton — <br />yes, Hughes — yes, Carlson — yes and Machado — yes. <br />B. Transfer Application — City of Louisville d /b /a Coal Creek Golf Course — <br />Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License w/ optional premise - 585 W. <br />Dillon Road <br />Machado noted the agenda item and called for any questions. Hearing none, <br />he called for a motion. <br />Hughes moved to approve the transfer application. Tennessen seconded. All in <br />favor. Transfer approved <br />Police Department Reports <br />Corporal Gordanier stated there are some police reports the Authority will see <br />soon. She reported the police department wants to fully investigate and <br />complete the reports before they are presented for Authority review. <br />
