Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />September 28, 2015 <br />Page3of3 <br />Machado asked if this was in response to the comment made at the City Council <br />Study session concerning the Authority not having seen police reports. <br />Gordanier replied no, this was an effort to get complete reports to the Authority. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Secretary Hanson reported the seller /server training in September was well <br />attended by Louisville establishments. She thanked the Police Department for <br />their participation in making the training possible. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />Authority Comment and Discussion Items for next meeting <br />Carlson stated the State Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) is holding a <br />symposium the first part of October and if members are interested, the <br />information is on the LED website. He will attend and report back. <br />Chairperson Machado reported on the Study Session with City Council held in <br />August. Council was appreciative of the work of the Local Licensing Authority. <br />Adjourn — Tennessen moved to adjourn. Lipton seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:18 p.m. <br />
