VI. Preservation Master Plan Draft: Lauren Trice Presented the Historical Preservation <br />Commission Master Plan draft. Commission members were able to review the <br />document before the meeting. Lauren covered a number of items in the draft. There <br />was discussion about some of the items. Bridget suggested that the Museum's <br />resources that are used to research historic properties and educate about them be <br />highlighted more as a strength of Louisville's historic preservation program. Lauren also <br />gave updates on the Acme Mine interpretive sign and mine marker. <br />VII. Report from the Museum Coordinator: <br />A. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: The Commission voted to accept the <br />following nine donations: <br />1. Lola Dixon Gaudreau —tax records and images relating to the <br />Dixon family and their houses in Louisville. <br />2. Susan Selna — digital images of photos relating to the family of <br />Catherine Curtan, who was the Louisville telephone operator and <br />manager at 913 Main from the 1920s to the 1940s. <br />3. Ricky Pickett — original photo of the Acme Mine, other original <br />photos relating to the Madonna family, and newly created framed <br />composite pictures of school 1964 and 1965 classes. <br />4. Mary Ann Pollock — three digital photos of the Hauzier family, who <br />lived at 545 Gtant. <br />5. Duane and Shirley Elrod — digital images of two photos showing <br />John Waschak by his home at 532 Lincoln. <br />6. Laurinda Sturr — items from her mother, Welcome Henning, <br />including many Louisville High School items and items relating to <br />her parents, GR and Marguerite Henning. <br />7. Mary Colacci Guyer — original Louisville News newspaper from <br />1909. <br />8. Silvia Kilker — five match books from different businesses in <br />Louisville and schedule of events for 1978 for 100 year <br />anniversary of town. <br />9. Isabelle Hudson — three LHS yearbooks from 1964 —1966 that <br />belonged to her son, Gary Hudson, a menu from Beverley's <br />Restaurant on Main Street, and property documents relating to <br />her grandfather buying 601 Pine. <br />B. Advice Sought on Other Donations Being Offered: None. Bridget stated that the <br />tool chest that was discussed at the last meeting has not yet been delivered, but <br />2 <br />
