Turning movement count data will be collected <br />during the morning, noon, and evening peak periods. <br />b. Crash Data. Crash data will be provided by CDOT. <br />c. Signal Warrant Study. A signal warranty study will be prepared for warrants 1, 2, <br />3, and 7. <br />d. Report. STS will prepare a letter report summarizing the analysis, conclusions, <br />and recommendations. <br />If the City would like to have any of the warrants evaluated that have been excluded, a <br />fee can be developed to evaluate them. <br />4. Management of the Signal Construction. STS will assist the City with the <br />management of the signal construction. The following tasks are anticipated: <br />a. Review submittals <br />b. Site visits — 8 <br />c. Review pay applications — 3 <br />d. Develop signal timing <br />e. Prepare as -built plans for the signal <br />f. Telephone consultation with the contractor - 2 <br />Schedule <br />STS will accommodate the schedule established by KDG Engineering and the City. <br />Estimated Fee <br />The work described in the proposal will be invoiced on a time and materials basis at an amount <br />not to exceed 10,694.00. The table attached to the letter shows the hours and expenses <br />assumed in the fee estimate. <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
