West:

Sisk:

The berm would be about 5 ft. tall,
with evergreens along the McCaslin
side that would sit up on the berm
itself. Along the backside it's a
combination of evergreens and
deciduous trees. In the front there
is also a berm that is used to
screen the base of the dishes, as
you drive in the parking lot.

My concern is the parking issue with
44 employees and another nine (9)
that may come about. If CableLabs
would grow beyond 53 employees, what
are the contingency plans for
additional parking? Also, there
seems to be some predication that
Lot 3 will be developed by
CableLabs. What if CableLabs
decides not to pursue Lot 3? What
is our fall-back position? We are
being asked to give you lot
coverage, which surpasses the lot
coverage to which you would
otherwise be entitled, premised upon
the fact that Lot 3 would have less
lot coverage.

West:

CableLabs now has 44 employees.
There are a series of fixed offices.
They have nine (9) open offices for
expansion. We also have an area on
the second floor that's 5,300 sq.
ft. that CableLabs is debating right
now, whether or not to leave empty
or to sub-lease for a short term
period until they need it. That
particular area was based at 1 -
300. It is most likely that that
ratio will be quite a bit higher
than CableLabs would ever need. We
have ten (10) visitor spaces. I
would say 80% of the visitors to
CableLabs come via Airporter or
limousine. There are 53 (44 + 9)
spaces for actual CableLab
employees, 18 for the sub-lease
space, and 10 for visitors.

Herb Prince, President of Linclay Management Corporation, 6300
South Syracuse Way, #430, Englewood, Colorado 80111, stated they,
too, have been concerned with the parking issue. He explained that
