In the front there is also a berm that is used to screen the base of the dishes, as you drive in the parking lot. My concern is the parking issue with 44 employees and another nine (9) that may come about. If CableLabs would grow beyond 53 employees, what are the contingency plans for additional parking? Also, there seems to be some predication that Lot 3 will be developed by CableLabs. What if CableLabs decides not to pursue Lot 3? What is our fall-back position? We are being asked to give you lot coverage, which surpasses the lot coverage to which you would otherwise be entitled, premised upon the fact that Lot 3 would have less lot coverage.
