Sec. 6.16.050. Places for horses to be kept clean. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person who keeps any horse within the City to <br /> permit the yard or place within which the horse is kept to become foul, <br /> noisome, putrid, malodorous, unwholesome, offensive, or in any wise <br /> dangerous or detrimental to human health, comfort, or welfare, and any <br /> such place is declared to be a nuisance and subject to abatement <br /> pursuant to chapter 8 01 <br /> Section 7 Subsection E of Section 8.16.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in stakeout; words <br /> to be added are underlined) <br /> Sec. 8.16.040. Regulation of inoperable vehicles and vehicle repair <br /> work. <br /> E Any violation of this section may be subject to abatement as <br /> provided in chapter 8-28 8 01 this Code and to the penalties described in <br /> section 846-0501 28.010. All remedies are cumulative and the exercise <br /> of one shall not be deemed to prevent the exercise of another nor to bar <br /> nor abate any prosecution under this section <br /> Section 8 Section 8.24 020 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout, words to be added are <br /> underlined) <br /> Sec. 8.24.020.
