Sections 9 46 010 and 9 46.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br /> are hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in eeeut, <br /> words to be added are underlined) <br /> Sec. 9.46.010. Section 4 04 100 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br /> repealed and re-enacted to read in full as follows. <br /> Sec. 4.04.100. Violation; penalty. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter, <br /> and any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall <br /> be punished for each violation as provided in section 1 28 010 <br /> Section 12.
