MOTION: Sisk moved that Council send Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003 out for publication and set a public hearing on March 18, 2003, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. Keany noted Staff's request the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003 be continued to March 18, 2003. Davidson opened the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1415, Series 2003.
