Davidson called for any further Council discussion. Sisk: It appears that Storck Development represents his Lot 85. I'm curious as to why they are not present here tonight. Bill Ebert, 188 Cherrywood Lane, Louisville, owner of Lot 1, stated that he included that property when he wanted to do this request. He asked Storck if he wanted to go in on it and Storck's reaction was that it was Ebert's lot. Ebert felt that whoever would buy that lot would want to have that property out there, too. Also, that it would create a balanced entrance. Susan Griffiths, City Attorney. Griffiths: For clarification, I understand the motion would include the conditions that were applied by the Planning Commission? Mayer: Mayer accepted that. was taken. Sisk: Correct. Also, the conditions mentioned by Councilman Lathrop. Seconder, Hedding, accepted that. Roll call Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent. Mr. Schielke is the innocent party here. I find it incomprehensible that we're having this discussion after the home is built, instead of Storck coming to the Planning Department and getting a variance. It puts us (Council) into a situation where I certainly am not going to vote against Mr. Schielke in terms of his home and/or the development. I would hope that the Planning staff would again express my displeasure to Mr. Storck for his conduct. Unfortunately, it's not the first time that he has irritated me.
