Call to Order — Jeff Lipton called the meeting to order at 5:39 pm. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Jeff Lipton, Robert Muckle, Chris Leh, Ashley Stolzmann <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, Kurt Kowar, Cory Peterson, Graham Clark, <br />Kevin Watson, Troy Russ <br />Public: Tom Phare <br />III. Approval of Agenda: Agenda approved. <br />IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA: <br />None <br />V. Tap Fee (Presentation with supporting materials) <br />• General <br />Mr. Kowar provided a summary of the presentation on the City's tap fees <br />and the rate restructure that occurred in 2013/2014. <br />• Live / Work <br />Mr. Kowar explained the rationale behind the development of the taps <br />fees incorporated in the Live / Work Ordinance and how it was different <br />than the current fee structure. Mr. Russ spoke to the areas that <br />Live/Work would be permitted. The Committee was not in favor of the <br />proposed fee structure but was willing to consider the allowance of a <br />single service line.
