Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 19, 2015 <br />Page 5of6 <br />Meseck asked for a presentation from the applicant to answer this question <br />Presentation from Applicant: <br />Cameron Fowlkes, P.E., stated the channel work will start in October and finish in May. <br />The sewer work will start in December and finish in May 2016. <br />Malmquist asked what will help Miners Field. <br />Fowlkes stated the channel will provide most relief. He said we will start at the west <br />side of the library, go under BNSF, down Spruce, across Highway 42, and spill out east <br />of the Water Treatment facility. <br />Meseck asked what impact this will have on Highway 42 traffic. <br />Fowlkes stated they won't have to completely close the highway, but lane shifts will <br />need to happen. <br />Fuller asked if it will impact the street faire. <br />Fowlkes stated no. <br />Public Present in Favor of Application: <br />None heard <br />Public Hearing Closed / Board Discussion: <br />Malmquist agrees with the project and said it was smart and needed. <br />The board agrees. <br />Ewy made a motion to approve.
