Sisk:

Siple:

Sisk:

possibly even barbed wire to prevent
anyone from gaining access.

As far as making that area, once you
leave it, to ensure the fact that
it's still is as sightly as it can
be, what precautions would we take
and what has been done in the past?

You wouldn't be able to tell where
the pits were after one growing
season, and the flowlines
underground, and we could do some
type of wooden fencing around the
facility, low profile tank batteries
that would put their profile down
below the fence height, so from the
outside it would just look like a
fenced enclosure. Gerrity Oil & Gas
would be responsible for doing that.

Do you have any plans to drill wells
on Coal Creek Golf Course?

Siple:

Not at this time.

Sisk:

I read the Thornton ordinance to be,
when we're talking about mitigation,
to say that it's the owner's
responsibility for the .... I kept
reading through that and seeing that
the responsibility is placed on,
Landscaping on page 26, and I read
"the owner shall be responsible
for .... ", Sub-Section B. If I read
that correctly, it says "the owner"
and reading through it I'd have to
believe that Gerrity Oil would not
be the owner.

Griffiths stated that her recollection is that the "owner" is
intended to be the operator of the facility. She felt that what
would be preferable is to make it clear in paragraph 6 that the
responsibility for compliances with the licensee, with Gerrity.
She thought it would be helpful to clarify it and it could be done
by revising paragraph 6 to make it clear that Gerrity is
responsible for compliance with all of the performance standards.

Lathrop was concerned about reclamation to the proper standards and
the construction of the tank battery to the proper standards. He
asked, if Gerrity would put some type of performance guarantee to

6
