On April 13, 1993, the Planning
Commission held a public hearing and adopted Resolution No. 5,
Series 1993, recommending approval of the annexation and zoning to
residential/low density, RL. It is an enclave and has been platted for
some time, as part of the 1st addition to Johnson Subdivision. The
applicant has indicated that he would like to pursue replatting and
development as single family development.

Davidson opened the public hearing and asked if the applicant
wished to make a presentation.
