We've <br />got a very flat site. What we are <br />proposing to do is to overlot what <br />we've got and create enough of a <br />grade. Shopping centers will not <br />deal with anything that is steeper <br />than 5%, but they need a minimum of <br />1% to get water across their parking <br />lots. You're going to see a <br />manipulation of the typography, only <br />to provide grading. There will be <br />landscaping berms, as we develop <br />along the perimeter of the site, <br />particularly to the east of our <br />anchor. We are not going to elevate <br />these buildings up out of the <br />ground. <br /> <br />Sisk wondered about the parking configuration in relation to the <br />aesthetic view, landscaping, and the need for snow removal <br />equipment movement. <br /> <br />Peter Cudlip, stated that there will be a design guideline that <br />everyone will have to follow on this property and will be attached <br />to the contracts. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler stated that there will be state-of-the-art landscaping. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br /> <br />
