APPROVE REQUEST TRANSFER FUNDS - COUNCIL CONTINGENCY - CABLE TV SURVEY APPROVE RENEWAL RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - BART'S RESTAURANT APPROVE RENEWAL RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE - BENITO'S RESTAURANT AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO SIGN LETTER OF SUPPORT OF APPLICATION FOR THE ROCKY FLATS NUCLEAR WEAPONS PLANT DISLOCATED WORKER PROGRAM Sisk asked that the records show that he did not participate in Item 3G of the Consent Agenda, because of conflict in terms of representation of Bart's Restaurant. Davidson asked that the records show the he did not participate in Item 3I of the Consent Agenda, because of conflict. David called for any other changes to the Consent Agenda. NONE Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda. by Howard. All in favor. Seconded PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak on any items not on the Agenda. John Buri, 186 West Monarch Court, Louisville, Colorado, stated his property is next to Keith Holart Park and Hillsborough North. His comments were pertaining to a proposed 58 acre development to the northwest of Hillsborough North. He presented Council with, and read, a petition (SEE ATTACHED) signed the neighbors in opposition of the development. They wanted the property to be purchased by the City of Louisville or the City of Lafayette for an open space buffer between the two cities. Davidson stated that Boulder County has offered to buy that land for open space, if their open space sales tax passes. John C. Durham, Norris Dullea Company, 243 East 19th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, representing the Lewisview Corporation, commented that, as he stated at the July 13 City Council meeting and at the July 20 Planning Commission meeting, concerning the AO-T consideration, the Lewisview Corporation does and did intend at that time to annex to the City of Louisville within 30 - 45 days. On August 6, 1993, they turned in their concept plan and their letter of intent to annex. They were told at that time by staff that their letter of intent would be heard at this meeting August 17 Council meeting and they weren't on this Agenda. They were concerned about the moratorium and whether they would be a part of it.
