this morning, indicating that the stop work orders will remain in <br />effect, and Council had indicated their desire to see compliance <br />with the condition, and that he would be happy to set up a meeting, <br />as soon as possible, at his request with Annette Brand, City <br />Administrator, and Wood. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that the purpose of the <br />Executive Session would be to discuss information received from <br />appraisers on property belonging to Joe Colacci and an informal <br />appraisal on land belonging to Mr. Waremburg. <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, <br />ATTACHED). <br /> <br />City Clerk, <br /> <br />read the public statement (SEE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the <br />topics as specified by the City Administrator. Since it covers <br />potential land acquired for open space, he asked that Steve <br />Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director, attend the Executive <br />Session. Seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />END OF EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Davidson moved to reconvene in open session. <br />Ail in favor. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mayer. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that during the Executive <br />Session the Council discussed appraisals on two properties <br />belonging to Joe Colacci, an informal appraisal on one property <br />belonging to Mr. & Mrs. Waremburg, and discussed strategy for <br />gaining additional information. <br /> <br />Sisk moved, with regard to the Colacci properties, that Mayor <br />Davidson and Annette Brand speak with Mr. Colacci regarding the <br />property and with regard to the Waremburg property, he moved that <br />Annette Brand and Rob Lathrop be authorized to speak to the <br />Waremburgs regarding their property. Seconded by Mayer.
