It has a 20% lot coverage
requirement, 60% open space requirement, 25' building height, and
a 4:12 pitched roof requirement. It accepts a PUD overlay.

Davidson opened the public hearing, asking for anyone wishing to
speak in favor or against Ordinance No. 1115.

NONE

Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments
or questions.

NONE

Sisk moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1115, Series 1993, on
2nd and final reading. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent.

DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - ANNEXATION LETTER OF INTENT - JAMES AND
ELIZABETH SCRIFFINY

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the Scriffiny's letter to
annex was dated August 23, 1993, requesting to annex a one acre
parcel at 1913 South 8$th Street, Louisville,. Colorado, immediately
adjacent to and on the west side of 88th Street, immediately to the
south of Health Park Drive, which goes into Avista Health Park.
The property is occupied by one single family residence, with
several out buildings, and serviced by well and septic. He
explained that, if the annexation is authorized, the applicant's
intent is to maintain the current use of the property as a single
family residence, anticipating connecting to city water, but would
continue to use the septic system. He stated that in reviewing the
different zoning applications, including agricultural, they felt
that Rural Residential would maintain the single family home as a
use-by-right. The balance of the property to the north of Hwy. 36
is in the Scriffiny family, but is not part of the actual letter of
interest before Council.

Sisk:

If it's their intent to only have
one home on that one acre parcel,
