No. 1123, to zone, the subject property. The applicant was
reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission on August 19,
1993. City Council passed Resolution 34 about eligibility 51 on
Se~.tember 7, 1993. The zoning is designated as rural residential
an6. the one comment at first reading was that the legal description
be revised and it has been revised on the Ordinance to reflect and
be the same as what was shown on the Plat.

Timothy S. Beaton, 1013 Jefferson Avenue, Louisville, CO.
(Sign-up participant)

Mr. Beaton appreciates the Council letting this annexation go
foI~ard. He wanted to point out that originally proposed RE
zoning, the Council determined that it should be RR. Some Council
Me~ers at the last Council Meeting, indicated that, if there were
certain changes in the PUD those changes were a decrease in the
amount of units in the Bridgefield Subdivision from 7 to 6 and a
proposed 9,000 square foot outlie, which will be a park or
recreational area, they might consider allowing two units on this
property to be annexed. The Council is going to have to take up
the PUD later, but just to bring these matters to the Council's
attention and expressed to them his appreciation of the annexation
going forward at this time.

Davidson asked for anyone in the audience, who wished to speak in
favor or against Ordinance 1122.

Gail Wetrogan, 930 McKinley, Louisville, CO.
(Sign-up participant)

She spoke to the annexation. The Beatons worked along with Jim
Leach on the two pieces, which together are going to be a project.
I just want to say they have put a lot of effort into working with
the neighbors and I, as one of the neighbors, am very pleased with
what they came up and hope the Council will be open to some of the
changes in the Plat, knowing that the neighbors are in favor of
them and have been consulted all along. Even though the Council is
kind of taking a hard line these days on PUD's that you have a good
one here and the neighbors I have talked to are in favor.

Davidson asked again for anyone, who wanted to speak on Ordinance
1122. There were no other, so the public hearing was closed and go
on to Council Comments and Questions.

Howard asked the Attorney, if the combined proposal would meet the
zoning requirements for RE? Griffiths answered that she couldn't
answer that, but that maybe Paul could answer as she has not seen
the combined proposal. Paul Wood indicated that they just received
the revised planning and development plan on October 11. It looks
very close to all lots, without exception, are at least 12,000
square feet, set-backs are in compliance with RE set-back
