CULTURAL Ants
AI 10 El
LOUISVILLE•CO
NEW ART GRANTS
In an effort to bring more cultural programming
and a greater diversity of arts to Louisville, the
Louisville Cultural Council is now providing art pro-
gramming grants. The competitive application process
began in fall 2015, with grants awarded in February
2016. The intent of the program provides financial and
facility support to individuals and organizations utilizing
the arts as their primary means of expression and en-
courages a diversity of media and approaches to the per-
forming, literary, and visual arts. Collaborations between
artists and /or arts organizations were highly encouraged.
A listing of Art Program Grant recipients is available on
the City's web site: Cultural Arts, Contests and Compe-
titions.
