Council can use more intensive update <br />from BRaD. No current funding in CIP — estimated cost is $1m — CTC was looking at <br />half to come from City. <br />Visioning for downtown streets <br />There is some interest to come up with unique ideas address the increased traffic in the <br />downtown area. <br />McCaslin area road network <br />Stay focused on the McCaslin Small Area Plan and determine if road network solutions <br />are a part of the document. <br />Former Sam's Club redevelopment <br />City Manager Fleming said this is the most important issue as far as economic health of <br />city. Four blight factors found which affect the rest of the corridor. Request for Proposal <br />will be out in January. Wants BRaD to review. March 10th is submittal date deadline. <br />BRaD would see in April /May. <br />ED Update <br />DeJong reviewed the Economic Development updates provided in the packet. <br />• 550 S.
