This rostroom would match the style of our fist Open Space <br />rostroom which was installed in 2014 and is located at the Harper Lake trailhoad. <br />Please describe why this project is nooded, how it supports City-wide goals and <br />objectives, what realistic options or alternatives have been considered, and what payback, <br />or rotum on investment, has been calculated: <br />Currently tho rogional Coal Creek Trail through Louisville doos not have any Open Space <br />restrooms. This rostroom will provide great relief for rogional commutors, local trail users <br />and those enjoying the shelter at the Aquarius trailhoad. Tho altomativo would bo a blue <br />and white portolet which requires frequent maintenance, Is not stable in high winds and <br />detracts from the visual surroundings. <br />Ploaso provide a description of any grants and/or other revenue associated with this <br />project and the ongoing operational and /maintenance costs associated with this protect: <br />The vault rostroom would require cloaning twico a week and pumping of waste materials <br />two times per year- <br />25 <br />
