Lathrop commented on the tremendous amount of time and work that went into preparing the Budget. Mayer moved that Council approved Resolution No. 42 as resubmitted by staff. Seconded by Hedding. Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, pointed out for clarification that the term "enterprise fund" in various portions of the Budget, beginning on Page 227 and other pages, is used within the meaning of generally accepted accounting principles and is not used to identify enterprises within the meaning of Colorado Constitution Article 10, Section 20. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Mayor Davidson being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 43, SERIES 1993 - APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THEVARIOUS FUNDS AND SPENDING AGENCIES IN THEAMOUNTSAND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE 1994 BUDGET YEAR Hornbostel opened the public hearing calling for anyone in the audience wishing to comment on Resolution No. 43. NONE Hornbostel closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. Howard moved that Council adopt Resolution No. 43, appropriating sums of money. Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Mayor Davidson being absent. RESOLUTION NO. 44, SERIES 1993 - LEVYING GENERAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1993, TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVITJ~, COLORADO Hornbostel opened the public hearing calling for anyone in the audience wishing to comment on Resolution No. 44. NONE Hornbostel closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. Mayer moved that Council adopt Resolution No. 44, as amended with the mill levy rate set at 5.82 mills, as previously recommended by Council. Seconded by Hedding. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Mayor Davidson being absent. 6
