APPROVAL OF MINUTES (11/3/93 & 11/16/93) <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - STREET SWEEPER <br />APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO RMC SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONTRACT <br /> (HOWARD BERRY WATER TREATMENT PLANT) <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak to any <br />items not on the agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson welcomed the Boy Scouts in the audience who were there to <br />earn their merit badges. <br /> <br />Lathrop commented that Lawrence Enrietto was ill in the hospital. <br />He announced that in lieu of flowers a scholarship fund was created <br />to recognize Mr. Enrietto's dedication to the city and his concern <br />for education and the youth. The Chamber of Commerce would be <br />handling the "Apple For Lawrence" scholarship donations. <br /> <br />Sisk requested that the Finance Committee meet and consider a <br />contribution from the City of Louisville to this scholarship fund. <br /> <br />Mayer felt a Resolution of support and appreciation be adopted for <br />Mr. Enrietto for his contributions to Louisville. <br /> <br />Davidson called for any other Council informational items. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION - INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF CRIME PREVENTION <br />PRACTITIONERS - OUTSIDE CRIMEPREVENTION PRACTITIONER OF THE YEAR- <br />JI~[ PHILIPS <br /> <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief, congratulated DARE/Crime Prevention <br />Officer Jim Philips. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, SERIES 1993 - AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, SALES TAX REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, <br />SERIES 1993, IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $6,115,000, <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A PORTION OF THE CITY'S OUTSTANDING <br />SAILS TAX REVENUE BONDS; PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF SAID BONDS; <br />PRf~IDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OFAND INTEREST ON SAID <br />BONDS FROM A PORTION OF THE REVENUES OF THE SALES TAX IMPOSED BY <br />THE CITY AND PLEDGED TO THE CITY'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
