APPROVAL OF MINUTES (11/3/93 & 11/16/93) APPROVAL OF BILLS APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - STREET SWEEPER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO RMC SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT CONTRACT (HOWARD BERRY WATER TREATMENT PLANT) PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak to any items not on the agenda. NONE COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Davidson welcomed the Boy Scouts in the audience who were there to earn their merit badges. Lathrop commented that Lawrence Enrietto was ill in the hospital. He announced that in lieu of flowers a scholarship fund was created to recognize Mr. Enrietto's dedication to the city and his concern for education and the youth. The Chamber of Commerce would be handling the "Apple For Lawrence" scholarship donations. Sisk requested that the Finance Committee meet and consider a contribution from the City of Louisville to this scholarship fund. Mayer felt a Resolution of support and appreciation be adopted for Mr. Enrietto for his contributions to Louisville. Davidson called for any other Council informational items. NONE REGULAR BUSINESS PRESENTATION - INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF CRIME PREVENTION PRACTITIONERS - OUTSIDE CRIMEPREVENTION PRACTITIONER OF THE YEAR- JI~[ PHILIPS Bruce Goodman, Police Chief, congratulated DARE/Crime Prevention Officer Jim Philips. ORDINANCE NO. 1130, SERIES 1993 - AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, SALES TAX REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1993, IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $6,115,000, FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A PORTION OF THE CITY'S OUTSTANDING SAILS TAX REVENUE BONDS; PRESCRIBING THE FORM OF SAID BONDS; PRf~IDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OFAND INTEREST ON SAID BONDS FROM A PORTION OF THE REVENUES OF THE SALES TAX IMPOSED BY THE CITY AND PLEDGED TO THE CITY'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; 2
