Sisk felt it would be prudent for Councilmembers to attend that meeting. He suggested going forward with the meeting on the llth understanding that Councilmembers will not be present. Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that she would see if she could find appropriate staff to attend. Griffiths: With respect to Ordinance, is it correct that there is no longer going to be a "vacation" as established in this ordinance? Wood: Not per the legal description advertised in the ordinance (INAUDIBLE) . Sisk asked Mr. Hickman if he agreed with the action being taken. John Hickman, Louisville, Colorado, agreed. ACTION: ADOPTION OR NON-ADOPTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY Sisk moved that Council not adopt Ordinance No. 1132, Series 1993, on 2nd and final reading. Seconded by Hornbostel. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Hedding being absent. ACTION: DISCUSSION/DIRECTION ON FINAL PLAT AND PUD Howard moved that Council refer the Front Court final Subdivision Plat and PUD development plan back to the Planning Commission for further review. Seconded by Hornbostel. All in favor with Hedding being absent. ORDINANCE NO. 1133, SERIES 1993 -AMENDING CERTAIN FEEREQUIREMENTS TO ASSIST IN MEETING GROWTH RELATED NEEDS OF ~ CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2ND READING - PUBLIC ~ARING (PUBL. LSVL. TI~S 11/4/93) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, "An ordinance amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting growth related needs of the City of Louisville, Colorado." Mayer stated that this would essentially apply a cost of living increase to the Service Expansion Fee and the Water Tap Fee. The increase will be approximately 4.3%. Other fee would not be changed. The net increase across the board would be less than 3%. Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone in the audience wishing to speak in favor or against Ordinance No.1133. NONE 7
