Seconded by Howard. WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVITWm, <br />COIDRADO- 2NDREADING -PUBLICHEARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 11/4/93) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1132, Series 1993, "An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of Front Street located in the <br />Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the <br />6th P.M. within the City of Louisville, Colorado." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that a neighborhood meeting <br />was held on November 18, 1993, at which time considerable <br />opposition from the neighborhood was voiced over the street <br />vacation. He commented that the applicant, as well as staff, <br />recommends that the Council not approve the motion to vacate the <br />right-of-way and that Council refer the Plat and the PUD back to <br />the Planning Commission for re-review under two separate items: <br />the right-of-way vacation for a smaller portion of the right-of- <br />way; the Plat and PUD given the scope of the change as a result of <br />maintaining the through street. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone in the <br />audience wishing to speak in favor or against Ordinance No. 1132. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that they had scheduled the seconded meeting for this <br />Thursday, the same time Council will be considering the Centennial <br />Marketplace Development. He felt the meeting needed to be re- <br />scheduled or appropriate staff available to attend the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
