Peter Kerncamp, Planner, stated that they had just received revised <br />plans on Tuesday, which had been forwarded to Council. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Don Shonkwiler, Homart Development, 400 South McCaslin Boulevard, <br />Lo~.isville, Colorado, reviewed the letter he had sent Mayor and <br />Co~.ncil about their revisions (SEE ATTACHED). <br /> <br />Kirk Prinslow, Landscape Architect, Colorado Land Consultants, 8480 <br />Eas,t Orchard Road, Englewood, Colorado, explained the landscape <br />des, ign. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak in <br />favor or against Resolution No. 47. <br /> <br />Betty Solek, 725 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was pleased <br />with the revisions, but still felt buffering was needed along <br />Daklia Street, Lots 2 and 3. <br /> <br />Lance Renfrew, 172 Cherrywood Lane, Louisville, Colorado, wanted a <br />percentage count on the shrub and tree increase and the size of the <br />trees. <br /> <br />Maryanne Haney, 1117 LaFarge, Louisville, Colorado, felt that the <br />liq~hts are still extraordinarily bright. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone else wishing to speak on Resolution No. <br />47. <br /> <br />NONCE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council <br />questions. <br /> <br />Howard wondered about the size of Lot 2. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler: <br /> <br />It's 13.43 acres. The PUD is <br />allowing for up to 115,000 s.f. It <br />will probably be in the neighborhood <br />of 100,000 s.f. <br /> <br />Howard wondered about the size and count of the trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler: <br /> <br />The evergreen trees will be 6' - 8' <br />tall. <br /> <br />Pr~.nslow stated that they had doubled the count on the evergreen <br />trees. On shrubs, there will be 692 for the entire site, as <br />opposed to 320 originally proposed. <br /> <br />Ho%'ard wanted the lighting explained. <br /> <br /> <br />
