Jeff Holly, Colorado Land Consultants, 8480 East Orchard Road, <br />Enq~lewood, Colorado, explained the lighting and stated that the <br />liq'ht spillage along the streets is very minimal. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler explained that all of the lighting being used is "down" <br />li?hts, they will not project outward from the site. <br /> <br />Mayer corrected the PUD documents: <br /> <br />On the first page, on the left hand side of the light <br />pole description, it says 30', on the right hand side it <br />says 35'. <br />On the landscaping, under the plant legend, "Show in <br />Summer" should be the "Snow in Summer." <br /> <br />Shonkwiler stated that those items will be corrected. <br /> <br />Hed~ding was curious about the cut in McCaslin from Tom Phare's <br />point of view. <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, didn't anticipate any significant <br />problems with the turn slots, particularly for left turns in, but <br />did. see one with left turns out, because it's a busy road. <br />(ISJAUDIBLE). He stated that in conjunction with some other land <br />use issues in Centennial Valley, they are looking at developing <br />some traffic models and looking at some resolutions to the problems <br />in that area. (INAUDIBLE) <br /> <br />Davidson called for any other Council questions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 47, Series 1993, <br />adopting the final Subdivision Plat for Centennial Valley, Parcel <br />O, Filing No. 3 and the final PUD Development Plan for Lots 1, 10, <br />and. 11, Centennial Valley Parcel 3. Seconded by Howard. Roll was <br />taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Lathrop and Sisk being <br />excused. <br /> <br />U.S. WEST SETTLEMENT <br /> <br />Sus~an Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that the wording of the <br />Settlement Agreement is virtually the same as the tentative <br />agreement that Council had approved at the last Council meeting. <br />The settlement includes a payment of $27,500 and avoids the cost of <br />trial and appeal. She recommended that Council approve the <br />Settlement Agreement, authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement, <br />and. authorize the City Attorney sign any documents necessary to <br />implement the Agreement.
