Jeff Holly, Colorado Land Consultants, 8480 East Orchard Road,
Enq~lewood, Colorado, explained the lighting and stated that the
liq'ht spillage along the streets is very minimal.

Shonkwiler explained that all of the lighting being used is "down"
li?hts, they will not project outward from the site.

Mayer corrected the PUD documents:

On the first page, on the left hand side of the light
pole description, it says 30', on the right hand side it
says 35'.
On the landscaping, under the plant legend, "Show in
Summer" should be the "Snow in Summer."

Shonkwiler stated that those items will be corrected.

Hed~ding was curious about the cut in McCaslin from Tom Phare's
point of view.

Tom Phare, Public Works Director, didn't anticipate any significant
problems with the turn slots, particularly for left turns in, but
did. see one with left turns out, because it's a busy road.
(ISJAUDIBLE). He stated that in conjunction with some other land
use issues in Centennial Valley, they are looking at developing
some traffic models and looking at some resolutions to the problems
in that area. (INAUDIBLE)

Davidson called for any other Council questions.

Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 47, Series 1993,
adopting the final Subdivision Plat for Centennial Valley, Parcel
O, Filing No. 3 and the final PUD Development Plan for Lots 1, 10,
and. 11, Centennial Valley Parcel 3. Seconded by Howard. Roll was
taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 0 vote with Lathrop and Sisk being
excused.

U.S. WEST SETTLEMENT

Sus~an Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that the wording of the
Settlement Agreement is virtually the same as the tentative
agreement that Council had approved at the last Council meeting.
The settlement includes a payment of $27,500 and avoids the cost of
trial and appeal. She recommended that Council approve the
Settlement Agreement, authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement,
and. authorize the City Attorney sign any documents necessary to
implement the Agreement. U.S. West had already signed the
Agreement and all of the documents.

Howard: So moved.

3
