ORDINANCE NO. 1137, SERIES 1993 - AMENDING CHAPTER 2.32 OF THE LOUISVI?~ MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING THE SALARY OF TWR MUNICIPAL JUDGE - 2NDREADING - PUBLIC WRARING (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES 12/08/93) Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1137, Series 1993, "An ordinance amending Chapter 2.32 of the Louisville Municipal Code increasing the salary of the Municipal Judge." Annette Brand, City Administrator, explained that this is to bring the Judge's salary in compliance with the Budget Council had adopted November 6, 1993. Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone in the audience wishing to speak in favor or against Ordinance No. 1137, Series 1993. NONE Davidson closed the public hearing. Sisk moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1137, Series 1993, on 2nd and final reading. Seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. TIMES 11/4/93) - REQUEST TO CONTINUE PUBLIC ~RING TO 2/15/93 Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, "An ordinance amending certain fee requirements to assist in meeting growth related needs of the City of Louisville, Colorado." Davidson opened the public hearing. Howard moved that Council continue the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1133, Series 1993, to February 15, 1994. Seconded by Lathrop. Davidson called for Council comments. Ail in favor of continuing Ordinance No. 1133 until February 15, 1994.
