Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that the Ordinance provides <br />for an associate member who would serve in the absence of one of <br />the regular members of the Licensing Authority. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to <br />speak in favor or against Ordinance No. 1138. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing calling for Council comments, <br />questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved to approve Ordinance No. 1138, Series 1993, at 2nd and <br />final reading. Seconded by Hedding. Roll call was taken. Ail in favor. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - ESMAIL PROPERTY - CONSIDERATION OF JOINT <br />PURCHASE WITHCOUNTYAND LAFAYETTE AS OPEN SPACE <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, commented that Carolyn Holmberg, <br />County Open Space office, had contacted Louisville to see if they <br />were interest in a Joint purchase of the Esmail property with <br />Boulder County and Lafayette. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he is meeting with Commissioner Ron Stewart on <br />January 5, 1994. <br /> <br />Howard wondered if this would cause Louisville to give up some of <br />its open space to the County. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he would discuss that with Stewart. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
