FOR LAWRENCE (ENRIETTO) - COUNCIL CONTINGENCY PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak on any items not on the Agenda. Jim Boyer, 625 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the drainage/irrigation ditch that is between Lincoln Avenue and Garfield Avenue. They passed around photographs showing how the water overflows onto their properties in the spring. He also passed around a letter telling of the concerns of the other neighbors. He asked Council to consider making this a high priority to make improvements on the ditch. He stated that there will be a meeting of the neighbors on January 5, 1994. He had signatures of 27 concerned citizens of the neighborhood. He explained that 21 homeowners are affected. John Koontz, 561 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, reiterated Boyer's concerns as a fellow neighbor. Ho%,ard stated that the improvements will be made before the next runoff.
