Jody DiSalle spoke in appreciation for the family. <br /> <br />APt~INTMENTAND SWEARING IN OF MUNICIPALJUDGE AND ASSOCIATEJUDGE <br /> <br />Municipal Judge John Stavely and Associate Judge John Barrett were <br />appointed and sworn in. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - ALLOTMENT CONTRACT IN NORTHERN COLORADO <br />WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT SOUTHERN WATER SUPPLY PROJECT <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that Morgan County Quality <br />Water District had dropped out of the project, which had a minor <br />impact on Louisville's cost. Pre-construction cost will go up to <br />$10,600 and construction costs will go up to $2,385,000. The City <br />of Longmont is also reconsidering their participation. If they <br />chose to participate, Louisville's project cost would be <br />approximately a $87 - $95,000 savings. He pointed out on Page 9, <br />Paragraph b., seven lines down of the agreement, "shall be paid," <br />wil. 1 be struck from the final version of the Contract. On Schedule <br />A, reference to Superior would be 4.8 c.f.s, and the exhibit that <br />references a million gallons/day capacity would be adjusted by that <br />amount.
