Howard moved that Council approve the Allotment Contract with the Northern Colorado Conservancy District, Southern Water Supply Project, with authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the document on behalf of the City of Louisville, as amended by staff and City Attorney. Seconded by Mayer. Phare wondered if this also included the Mayor's authorization to sign the agreement with the amended cost information, should Longmont participate. Howard agreed. Seconder agreed.
