This documentation was obtained and the file is now complete. <br /> <br />Sunnyside Extraordinary Maintenance Costs <br />Costs were rclated to flood repairs and new glycerin system installed in the Sunnyside unit. <br />Request funds from City of Louisville. Sheri states the flmds cannot be used to cover the flood <br />damage. If repairs and new system are paid for out of rcserves, it will be covered if pulled fro111 <br />the admin fund. Currently there is only] vacancy at Sunnyside <br />and SaIly is signing a lease today. Rent increases were effective in May without any issues or <br />complaints. <br /> <br />Drafts of Smoke-Free Housing Policy and Letter to Residents <br />This is a result of last month's presentation and survey results. Letter and policy is included in <br />the board packet. Goal is to go 100% smoke free. <br /> <br />Proposcd Implementation Sehedule <br />Included is a tentative implementation. schedule based on current smokers at each site. Will <br />begin this summer-Sullnyside, Hillside, Lilac place. These arc the units that have the most <br />complaints about smoke and the least number of tenants that smoke. By end of summer thcre <br />will be a total of 72 units. Regal Ct., Regal 1 and II in the fall. Survey showed 9% oftcnants <br />stated that they may possibly move, Board suggested we do not do allY improvements in units <br />
