CITY OF LOUISVILLE ?JANUARY 5, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Steve Williamson, Acting City Attorney Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Anderson seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes Approval of Bills REGULAR BUSINESS: RESOLUTION #22, SERIES 1987 - FINDING OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS - MENKICK WEST ANNEXATION PETITION - PUBLIC HEARING Hundley explained that once again staff is recommending that t:he public hearing be continued to the February 2, 198'8, Council meeting. At the November 5, 1987, Council Meeting, Council continued the public hearing and action on Resolution #22 until action had been taken by the District Court to resolve this issue. There is an indication that the Court has set a hearing date for February 2 and in that case, Council may be able to take further action at their meeting of the same date. Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski seconded to have the public hearing for Resolution #22 be continued until Council's February 2, 1988 Meeting. Unanimous. 1
