CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />?JANUARY 5, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, Acting City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. Anderson seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella <br />seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted. Unanimous. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />RESOLUTION #22, SERIES 1987 - FINDING OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS - MENKICK WEST <br />ANNEXATION PETITION - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Hundley explained that once again staff is <br />recommending that t:he public hearing be continued to <br />the February 2, 198'8, Council meeting. At the <br />November 5, 1987, Council Meeting, Council continued <br />the public hearing and action on Resolution #22 <br />until action had been taken by the District Court to <br />resolve this issue. There is an indication that the <br />Court has set a hearing date for February 2 and in <br />that case, Council may be able to take further <br />action at their meeting of the same date. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski seconded to have <br />the public hearing for Resolution #22 be continued <br />until Council's February 2, 1988 Meeting.
