ITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JANUARY 19, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett, Mike Mohr and Alan Scarpella <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Also present: <br />Absent: <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />approved as submitted. Szymanski seconded. <br />Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Anderson <br />seconded to approve: the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted. Unanimous. <br />Approval of Minutes, <br />Approval of Bills <br />INTRODUCTION OF BOARD MEMBERS AND PRESENTATION OF RESOLUTIONS OF <br />RECOGNITION Mayor Fauson invited all the newly appointed board <br />and commission members to tonight's Council meeting <br />so that Council, staff and Louisville residents <br />could meet them. Introductions were made of those <br />who attended. <br />Resolutions of Recognition were given to those <br />people who have served on the City's various boards <br />and commissions over the last several years. <br />PRESENTATION - BOULDER ENERGY CONSERVATION <br />CENTER Mona Newton, Director of the Boulder Energy <br />Conservation Center, spoke to Council regarding a <br />program intended to increase awareness and <br />1 <br />
