Joss, the City's current prosecuting attorney gave <br />presentations and reviewed various City projects and <br />services provided over the last several years. <br />After Council reviewed each of the firms represented <br />the following motions were made: <br />Mayor Fauson moved, and Carnival seconded to retain <br />the services of Rocky Mountain Consultants. <br />Unanimous. <br />Mohr moved and Anderson seconded to retain the <br />services of Centennial Engineering. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to retain the <br />services of Camp Dresser & McKee. Unanimous. <br />Anderson moved and. Scarpella seconded to retain the <br />services of Kirchner Moore. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett seconded to retain <br />Bruce Joss and the City's Prosecuting Attorney. <br />Unanimous. <br />Anderson moved and Mohr secanded to retain John <br />Gstalder as the Associate Judge. Unanimous. <br />ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Fauson moved and <br />Mohr seconded that the meeting be adjourned at <br />9:54 p.m. Unanimous. <br />7 <br />
