Ferris asked <br />that Council set a public hearing for Mooties liquor <br />license application for April 5, 1988. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Anderson seconded that a <br />public hearing be set for Mooties liquor license <br />application for April 5, 1988. Unanimous. <br />COUNCIL DISCUSSION OF SELECTION PROCESS FOR NEW <br />ADMINISTRATOR Mayor Fauson explained that he attached to this <br />communication for Council a draft advertisement for <br />the position of Citty Administrator for the City of <br />Louisville. Mayor Fauson asked that Council take <br />this matter into E:~cecutive Session since in fact it <br />does deal with a pE~rsonnel issue. He asked that <br />Council review the draft and he will call a Session <br />in the next few days. Mayor Fauson stated that <br />Council will be advertising for the review and <br />selection of a new City Administrator. He <br />recommended having the position advertised in the <br />ICMA publication and the CML publication. <br />OTHER: <br />UPDATES ON PUBLIC WORKS <br />PROJECTS Phare asked the public take care with landscaping <br />materials being delivered to residential properties <br />that it not overflow onto streets and sidewalks as a <br />matter of safety. <br />The Louisville Fire Protection District will again <br />be using Harper Lake for training exercises, March <br />6th from 11:00 - 2:00 p.m. <br />The roof has been poured to the Water Tank and may <br />be put into service as soon as next week. Phare <br />welcomes Council to contact him for a tour of the <br />facility. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS Sackett stated that DRCOG has asked him to serve as <br />Vice-Chairman for tlhe Program Committee. <br />Anderson stated he and Hundley attend the School <br />Board Meeting last week and presented a letter to <br />them with the Mayor's signature representative of <br />Louisville's concerns regarding schools. They did <br />agree to provide funds to put two portables at <br />Louisville Elementary for next year and one portable <br />at the Middle Schooll. Anderson felt the District <br />was most understanding. Mayor Fauson thanked <br />Anderson and asked Yiim to continue to represent <br />Louisville in this capacity. <br />15 <br />
