residential units, :Further amendment of the <br />agreement relative ito modifications of the General <br />Development Plan would not be necessary, provided <br />that such plan changes are consented to and <br />approved by the Cit,~. <br />David Stahl of Homart Development made comments <br />supporting the approval of the amendment. <br />Sackett and Anderson abstained from participation <br />due to possible conflicts of interest. <br />Williamson stated that the original of this <br />agreement had been signed and delivered to him by <br />the corporate office's of Homart, and that upon <br />approval, it would x>e forwarded from the City to <br />the State Highway Department. <br />Szymanski moved that: Council approve the Fourth <br />Amendment to the State Highway Interchange <br />Agreement. Scarpella. seconded. The motion was <br />passed 5-0. <br />COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS TO GOLF COURSE ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE Mayor Fauson spoke of the need for Council to <br />appoint two people to the Golf Course Advisory <br />Committee. One Council member and one designee <br />need to be appointed. to serve along with the City <br />Administrator, the G'~olf Course Architect, a <br />Representative from the Hospital, a Representative <br />from Homart, a Representative from Louisville Golf <br />Association, and the Annexor/Owner. Fauson <br />recommends that, as the Committee is in need of <br />some engineering expertise, Bill Schuler of Rocky <br />Mountain Consultants, be appointed. Schuler has <br />had experience with Golf Course engineering in the <br />past and would be an asset to the Committee. <br />Fauson moved that Bill Schuler be appointed to the <br />Golf Course Advisory Committee. Scarpella <br />seconded. The motion was passed 5-0 with Anderson <br />and Sackett abstaining. <br />Carnival moved that Council appoint Mike Mohr with <br />Bob Szymanski as an alternate. Carnival stated <br />that both Mohr and Szymanski have worked very hard <br />on the project thus far, and that both should have <br />the opportunity to see it through. Fauson <br />seconded. The motion was passed 5-0 with Anderson <br />and Sackett abstaining. <br />REVISED W-470 COSTS Referring to the Council Communication, Hundley <br />stated that he has received several letters <br />regarding revised coast estimates for the W-470 <br />project.
