Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. Mike Mohr moved and Mayor Fauson seconded that Ordinance #959 with amendments be passed. A roll call vote was taken, and the motion passed 4-0. APPROVAL OF ENGAGEMENT LETTER - GOLF COURSE; BONDS - LAMM & EDSTROM Approval of the Esngagement letter submitted by Lamm & Edstrom, outlining the services to be provided by their firm in connection with the issuance of the Goif Course Revenue Bonds was withdrawn until an. updated Engagement Letter could submitted by Lamm & Edstrom. RESOLUTION #23 - FINDING OF FACTS AND CONCLUSION - RUSSELL ANNEXATION PETITION Presented for Public Hearing was Resolution #23, "A Resolution seti~ing forth findings of fact and conclusions relative to the annexation of certain real property located south of Cherry~Street at 8586 Delaney Road, owned by Yvonne and David Russell described herein."
