CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />JULY 19, 1988 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville mE~t in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Mike Mohr, and <br />John Sackett <br />Staff present: David Stahl, City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, City Attorney <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />David McGuire, Acting Dir. of Community Development <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci„Director of Financial Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Also present: <br />Absent: <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />Pam Ferris, City Clesrk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Councilman Alan Scarpella <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any additions to the <br />Agenda. Stahl asked that three additional item be <br />considered by Council under Regular Business: 1) <br />Public Service power lines; 2) the Third Amendment <br />to the Coal Creek Ranch Annexation Agreement; and <br />3) consideration of the Front Range Velo Club bike <br />race. Stahl also asked that the Thede Easement be <br />pulled from the Agenda at the request of the <br />applicant and considered at a later meeting. <br />Also, Stahl suggested Resolution #27 be moved and <br />considered direct7Ly following Resolution #24. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as <br />amended. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for <br />Calendar. None. Mayor <br />seconded to approve <br />submitted. Unanimous. <br />any changes to the Consent <br />Fauson moved and Anderson <br />the Consent Calendar as <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />RESOLUTION #24 - RESOLUTION OF RECOGNITION - ROBERT <br />SZYMANSKI Mayor Fauson read Resolution #24 in recognition of <br />Councilman Bob Szymanski who passed away on June <br />1 <br />
