Russell and <br />David H. Russell."' Proof of publication and <br />notice of public hearing were certified by the <br />City Clerk. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />McGuire explained tYiat the applicants, Yvonne and <br />David Russell, are requesting the annexation of <br />18.5 acres of land located at 8586 Delaney Road <br />south of Cherry St. and east of the Coal Creek <br />Ranch annexation. The annexed land will become <br />part of the Coal Creek Ranch Subdivision and PUD <br />(Phase I). Forty one detached single family <br />dwelling units and a. four acre portion of the golf <br />course will be located on the parcel. Planning <br />Commission reviewed this annexation and approved <br />the proposal. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for public comments either in <br />favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #957. <br />None. <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called <br />for a motion. <br />Mohr moved and Mayor• Fauson seconded to approve <br />Ordinance #957, Series 1988.
