This person would also be involved in the process <br />of developing the design guidelines and biding of <br />the club house and maintenance facility for the <br />golf course. The proposed salary range is between <br />$28,000 and $32,000. The temporary position would <br />be terminated upon final acceptance of the <br />maintenance facility as well as the club house. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve <br />the three proposals and Amendment to the Golf <br />Course Agreement. ~'he motion passed 4-0. <br />ORDINANCE #960 - SERIES 1988 - HOSPITAL REVENUE BONDS - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #960, Series 1988, <br />"An Ordinance providing for the issuance of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado, Revenue Bonds <br />(Boulder Memorial Hospital Project) Series 1988A <br />in the aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000, <br />and the City of Louisville, Colorado Revenue Bons <br />(Boulder Memorial Hospital Project) Series 1988B <br />in the aggregate principal amount of $8,000,000 <br />all for the purpose' of financing improvement in <br />the City of Louisville; authorizing the sale of <br />said bonds; approving the form and authorizing the <br />execution of mortgage and loan agreements relating <br />to each series among Boulder Memorial Hospital, <br />Porter Memorial Hospital and the City, Mortgage <br />and Loan Agreements relating to each series among <br />Boulder Memorial Hospital, Porter Memorial <br />Hospital and the City, Boulder Memorial Hospital, <br />Brighton Community Hospital Association, DBA <br />Platte Valley Medical Center and the City and <br />Mortgage and Loan Agreements relating to each <br />series between Boulder Memorial Hospital and the <br />City; approving tree form and authorizing the <br />execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement, Indentures <br />of Trust relating to each series and a Tax <br />Regulatory Agreement.; and authorizing execution of <br />miscellaneous documents and instruments related <br />thereto." Proof of publication and notice of <br />public hearing were certified by the City Clerk. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. <br />Stahl explained that. Boulder Memorial Hospital has <br />requested that the City of Louisville issue <br />Revenue Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of <br />$18,000,000 (1988 Series A and Series B issues) <br />for the purpose of constructing a new hospital at <br />the Centennial Health Park. Issuance of the bonds <br />does not create a debt or indebtedness of the <br />City, nor a charge' against general credit or <br />taxing powers of the City. The project is <br />scheduled for final Council and Planning <br />Commission review and approval in August and to <br />8 <br />
