By Roll Call Vote, <br />Ordinance #962, Series 1988 passed 6-0. <br />AWARD OF BID - SOUTH BOULDER ROAD RAILROAD CF;OSSING <br />MATERIALS Phare explained that the Public Works Depart. <br />received bids fox• So. Boulder Rd. railroad <br />crossing surface materials on Aug. 9, 1988. The <br />bid includes 117 lineal feet of prefabricated <br />grade crossing surface material, needed to replace <br />the So. Boulder Rci. Crossing. Two bids were <br />received with Goodyear Super Cushion submitting <br />the low bid of $19,797.50. The manufacturer and <br />model were approved by Burlington Northern <br />Railroad for use is rubber grade crossings. Upon <br />award of this contract, materials will be <br />delivered to the City of Louisville within 45 days <br />with tentative construction beginning early <br />October. The funds proposed for the activity are <br />available in the CIP projected year-end fund <br />balance. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to award <br />the South Boulder Road Railroad Crossing Surface <br />Material Contract to Goodyear Rubber and Tire <br />Company for $19,797.50. Motion passed 6-0. <br />Sackett asked to be excused from the discussion on the next Agenda Item due <br />to possible conflict of interest. <br />RESOLUTION #31 - COAL CREEK RANCH - SUBDIVISION AND <br />PUD Resolution #31, Series 1988, "A Resolution <br />approving a final plat and PUD for Coal Creek <br />Ranch Subdivision." <br />Franklin explained that the applicant, Chuck <br />Bellock of Bellock Construction, has submitted a <br />final subdivision and PUD for Coal Creek Ranch. <br />The PUD is for the entire project encompassing <br />245.5 acres (includes 106 acres of golf course) <br />and 448 dwelling units. The development is built <br />around the golf course and includes both public <br />and private streets, single loaded streets and a <br />private recreation amenity area. The project will <br />be built in phases with the first phase including <br />Area A, B and C on t:he site plan in the north part <br />of the project area (60 acres). Consequently, the <br />applicant is only seeking to subdivision these <br />areas .
