ORDINANCE #963 - SERIES 1988 - ROBERTS ANNI'sXATION - PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance #963, Series 1988, "An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado, a parcel of property located on Dillon Road, which is owned by the City of Louisville." Asti-Caranci certified publicai~ion and notice of public hearing. Franklin described the parcel of land on Dillon Road (formerly known as the Robert's parcel). This parcel is planned as a part of the Coal Creek Golf Course. Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and called for any public comments either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #963. None. Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. Mohr moved and Fez-rera seconded to adopt Ordinance #963, Series 1988., By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance #963, Series 1988 passed 5-0. ORDINANCE #964 - SERIES 1988 - ROBERTS ZON]:NG - PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance #964, Series 1988, "An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code entitled "Zoning" by zoning property owned by the City of Louisville." Asti-Caranci certified publication and notice of public hearing. Franklin stated treat by Council's action on Ordinance #963, Council has initiated the process of annexing the parcel of land formerly known as the Robert's parcel now owned by the City of Louisville. This ordinance proposes to zone this parcel PCZD-Commercial and Office. Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing and asked for any public comments either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #964. None. Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. Ferrera moved and Scarpella seconded to adopt Ordinance #964, Series 1988. By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance #964, Series 1988 was adopted 5-0.
