Mayor Fauson order at 7:30 p.m. and. the following persons were Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, Alan Scarpella, Mi}~e Mohr and John Sackett Terry Hundley, City Administrator Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Sharon Asti-Caranc:i, Director of Financial Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Robert Krisko, Director of Community Services Pam Ferris, City C:Lerk William Hesson, Treasurer Rod Leesman, Direci~or of Public Safety Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be adopted as presented. Unanimous. Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Consent Calendar be adopted as presented. Unanimous. A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Bills C. Approval of Liquor License Renewals - Tri City Elks & R B Liquors D. Approval of Corporate STructure Change - Double Happy APPOINTMENTS TO LOUISVILLE LIBRARY BOARD Mayor Fauson recommended that Kathe Fletcher be appointed to the Library Board as recommended by that Board. Szymanski moved that Council endorse the Mayor's appointment. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. This is a five-year appointment. Szymanski stated that the other applicant, Roberta R. Martine, for the Library Board was also well qualified to serve on the Board and encouraged her to apply when another vacancy occurs. Szymanski thanked her for applying and would want to see her 1
