Mayor Fauson <br />order at 7:30 p.m. and. the following persons were <br />Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br />Alan Scarpella, Mi}~e Mohr and John Sackett <br />Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />Sharon Asti-Caranc:i, Director of Financial Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Robert Krisko, Director of Community Services <br />Pam Ferris, City C:Lerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Rod Leesman, Direci~or of Public Safety <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be <br />adopted as presented. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the <br />Consent Calendar be adopted as presented. <br />Unanimous. <br />A. Approval of Minutes <br />B. Approval of Bills <br />C. Approval of Corporate STructure Change - <br />Double Happy <br />APPOINTMENTS TO LOUISVILLE <br />LIBRARY BOARD Mayor Fauson recommended that Kathe Fletcher be <br />appointed to the Library Board as recommended by <br />that Board. Szymanski moved that Council endorse <br />the Mayor's appointment. Mohr seconded. <br />Unanimous. This is a five-year appointment. <br />Szymanski stated that the other applicant, Roberta <br />R. Martine, for the Library Board was also well <br />qualified to serve on the Board and encouraged her <br />to apply when another vacancy occurs. Szymanski <br />thanked her for applying and would want to see her <br />1 <br />
