This is a five-year <br />appointment. <br />RESOLUTION #1 - FIRST FEDERAL <br />PUD AMENDMENT Rautenstraus read in its entirety, Resolution #l, <br />Series 1987, "A Re:>olution Approving a Replat and <br />PUD Amendment for lthe Louisville North Fifth <br />Filing." <br />Wanush stated that the applicant proposes to add <br />four drive-up serv~_ce lanes and additional <br />parking at the Fir:~t Federal Savings facility <br />located at 865 South Boulder Road. To accomplish <br />this .4 (4/10) acre' of vacant land is to be added <br />to Louisville North Fifth Filing. The PUD <br />amendment shows the existing improvements and the <br />proposed additions as well as a new Centennial <br />Drive access, 25 fE~et north of the existing <br />access. <br />Planning Commission reviewed this on January 15, <br />1987, and recommended approval. <br />In response to Sym~anski's questions regarding the <br />the entrance/exist on Centennial Drive, Wanush <br />stated that he feli~ the placement in relationship <br />to Safeway's entrance/exist on Centennial Drive <br />would not create additional traffic problems. It <br />is Phare's intention to have a touch up on Centen- <br />nial Drive when the chip seals are done this year. <br />Carlyle Rowland, First Federal Savings, stated <br />that the addition of the drive-up windows will <br />expand their services to customers and they worked <br />very closely with .staff during the design stages <br />so as not to create any unnecessary traffic <br />problems on Centennial Drive and South Boulder <br />Road. <br />Mayor Fauson moved that Resolution #1, Series 1987 <br />be approved for the' replat and PUD Amendment for <br />First Federal Savings, Louisville North Fifth <br />Filing. Szymanski seconded.
