Unanimous. <br />WATER STORAGE FACILITY - EXECUTIVE SESSION ,AND <br />COUNCIL ACTION Hundley stated that staff requested Council move <br />into a brief Executive Session to discuss this <br />item and then return for Council action if <br />appropriate. <br />RECESS Mayor Fauson recessed the meeting for Council to <br />gather in the Conf~=_rence Room for an Executive <br />Session. <br />CONTINUTATION - Mayor Fauson reopened the Council Meeting to take <br />WATER STORAGE FACILITY action on the City water storage facility. <br />Hundley stated that staff requested Council <br />authorization for ithe Mayor to sign an option <br />agreement for the purchase of approximately 2 <br />acres for the price of $27,500 on which to <br />construct the City's proposed treated water <br />storage facility. <br />Rautenstraus further stated that entering into <br />this option agreement gives the City the right to <br />buy this site for the next 5 1/2 months at a set <br />price. <br />Mayor Fauson called for a motion. Mohr moved that <br />the Council authorize the Mayor to enter into this <br />8 <br />
