05/05/87 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Staff was directed to work with the Ditch Company <br />to find a solution to the problem. <br />Scarpella stated that the letter that was sent to <br />Acorn Windows was a result of a meeting of staff, <br />Council and Robert. Halso, President of Pulte Homes, <br />on the problem with the windows. Scarpella stated <br />that the letter came about as a result of this <br />meeting and "this was the only way that the City <br />could intervene and help the people (in Windmill <br />Pointe)." <br />Mohr stated that in recognition of Teacher Day, <br />the Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the <br />Lyons Club, Tri-City Elks and Jaycees got together <br />for a breakfast for all teachers in the City of <br />Louisville. Flowers were taken to all the <br />teachers in the City's four schools courtesy of <br />these organizations. He and the Mayor attended <br />and encouraged the Chamber of continue the <br />practice. <br />Mohr stated that he attended a Facilities Task <br />Force Meeting where discussion took place <br />regarding new facilities and the upgrading of <br />existing facilitiess. There is a great interest in <br />eastern Boulder County as they are greatly impacted <br />by any decisions made by RE2. The Task Force is <br />preparing a report to go to the School Board by the <br />first of June. Mol1r will keep everyone informed. <br />With no further business, Mayor Fauson unanimously <br />adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m. <br />9 <br />
